Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is included in the price for ALL orders to the UK. We use the Royal Mail Tracked services for all our UK deliveries. For International deliveries we use Tracked services to the EU and USA. For larger, heavier items we use reliable couriers.
Most items are dispatched within 24 hours. Heavier items or big orders can take a little longer. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class (Royal Mail 24 Tracked) packets within 1 day and 2nd class or (Royal Mail 48 Tracked) packets within 2 days.
We offer next day delivery for an extra charge, if you need this please select at checkout. This is a same working day dispatch service for orders placed before 2pm.

SNUGRUGS offers a free exchange service on all items of clothing, footwear and clothing accessories in the UK.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you can use our FREE RETURNS label. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request a free returns label. We will then email you a returns label which you will need to print off and secure to your parcel. You will need to post your item at any UK post office. Please include your order slip with a note on with details of your request within the return package. We suggest you get a postage confirmation receipt.
If you would like to return an item for a refund then please return it with your order slip inside with a note on to say that you would like a refund. We suggest you send it signed for and obtain proof of postage.
OUR EASY RETURNS POLICY
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. We will refund any item returned unused and undamaged. We do not refund any postage charges. Unless covered by our Free Exchange policy it is your responsibility to pay to return an item.
We will not take responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in the post. We therefore recommend that all goods are insured in transit. To understand obligations as a merchant in the UK consult “The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We deliver worldwide. To find the cost please put items in your basket and then enter the delivery address. You will then see the delivery options and costs before you buy your item. We use Tracked services to the EU and USA and Royal Mail International for other countries. Items usually reach their destination within 5-7 days for Europe and 12 days for rest of the world. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs or import fees duties or other charges if applied in the country of destination.
