Delivery & Return
We are open and dispatching as usual. However, it is possible there may be a delay in your order arriving due to postal service delays. We have extended our returns period to 60 days.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Any orders placed from 1st October can be returned up until the end of the following January. All other terms apply as normal.
Delivery is included in the price for ALL orders to the UK. We use the Royal Mail service for most of our UK and International deliveries. For larger, heavier items we use reliable couriers. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours. Heavier items or big orders can take a little longer. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class packets within 1-2 days and 2nd class or ‘Standard’ packets within 2-3 days.
We offer next working day delivery on orders placed before 2pm. Select expedited on checkout. Please note, we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. If you would prefer to place your order by phone please call us to place your order on 01233 503 913.
SNUGRUGS offers a free exchange service on all items of clothing, footwear and clothing accessories in the UK. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you can use our FREE RETURNS label. Email us at email@example.com with your order number and request a free returns label. We will then email you a returns label which you will need to print off and secure to your parcel. You will need to post your item at any UK post office. Please include your order slip with a note on with details of your request within the return package. We suggest you get a postage confirmation receipt.
If you would like to return an item for a refund then please return it with your order slip inside with a note on to say that you would like a refund. We suggest you send it signed for and obtain proof of postage.
OUR EASY RETURNS POLICY
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. We will refund any item returned unused and undamaged. Packaging / boxes must be undamaged and product labels on. We do not refund any postage charges. Unless covered by our Free Exchange policy it is your responsibility to pay to return an item.
We will not take responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in the post. We therefore recommend that all goods are insured in transit. To understand obligations as a merchant in the UK consult “The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We deliver worldwide. To find the cost please put items in your basket and then enter the delivery address. You will then see the delivery options and costs before you buy your item. Please note that in some countries you may need to pay additional customs clearance costs locally. Items usually reach their destination within 4 days for Europe and 7 days for rest of the world.
